About us:

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to help processing financial data; handling accounts payables and receivables, organizing records and assisting in tax preparation in our office in Yokohama.

The role:

The main objective is to assist the Recruitment Office Director and other staff members with their accounting records, bill paying and collections. It is the responsibility of the bookkeper to assist Country Director to plan and direct all financial related matters and put standard systems in place to facilitate proper financial disciplines. the bookkeeper should also provide trustworthy information about financial records. Further assist and complete all accounts, salary and tax matters complying with organizational policies in line with government rules and regulations.

Requirements:

Sufficient knowledge about accounting, country rules, employee regulations, and standard financial practices.
Good command of Microsoft Word.

Contract:

You will be offered a 12 month contract, subject to passing a three-month probationary period. An offer of employment depends on a personal interview and satisfactory references.
